What you will do

• Optimize resource deployment for internal and CWF talent pools across Assessment & Succession, Leadership Development, Strategy Execution, and Rewards & Benefits.
• Support Resource Managers in coordinating delivery and sales consultants from analyst to senior client partner levels.
• Manage resourcing requests and maintain capacity views via the KF TalentFinder tool and Booking Boards.
• Drive and implement new resourcing practices on both regional and global scales.
• Analyze consultant utilization and capacity to ensure the right skills are available at the right time.
• Influence and network with internal stakeholders to align talent with business development opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven professional experience in Resource Management or Workforce Planning.
• Ability to operate in fast-paced, complex, and ambiguous environments with high agility.
• Strong data savvy and problem-solving skills.
• High emotional intelligence and experience influencing internal stakeholders.
• Experience working within a global professional services or consulting framework.
• Eligibility to work and report to a manager based in North America
