What you will do

• Lead technical strategy and discovery for complex regional accounts to identify use cases and drive account planning.
• Build and deliver tailored demonstrations and Proof of Concepts (POCs) with clear success criteria and exit gates.
• Design reference architectures for regulated IT environments, addressing security, compliance, and scalability.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to feed field insights back into the product development cycle.
• Mentor team members on competitive positioning, discovery techniques, and demo craft to raise the technical bar.
• Articulate product differentiators to win technical decisions across C-suite and frontline IT stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in presales Solutions Engineering for SaaS or enterprise software.
• Must be based in the USA (indicated by US-specific benefits like 401k and HSA).
• Proven experience navigating complex buying environments, procurement cycles, and multi-stakeholder dynamics.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in English language.
• Strong technical grasp of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP), Docker, LDAP, and SSO.

Nice to have

• Vertical expertise in SLED and Healthcare environments.
• Experience with regulated procurement vehicles (RFP/RFQ) and channel-led vertical delivery.
• Technical proficiency in bash, PowerShell, or SQL basics.
