What you will do
- Lead Enterprise technical discovery, deep-dive calls, and tailored demos.
- Partner with Account Executives to assess technical fit and shape deal strategy.
- Own Enterprise Proofs of Concept (POCs) end-to-end, providing hands-on technical guidance.
- Build strong relationships with IT, Security, Platform, and Engineering stakeholders.
- Clearly explain hirify.global’s approach to security, deployment, governance, and scale.
- Provide structured feedback from Enterprise customers to Product and Engineering teams.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales or Sales Engineering role, ideally within B2B SaaS with enterprise customers.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of sales processes.
- Hands-on experience with API integrations, JavaScript/Python, Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD, DevOps, Networking, and Security.
- Solid understanding of at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Thrive in fast-paced, high-ownership startup environments.
- Open to occasional travel for onboarding sessions with the team in NYC / EMEA as needed.
- Existing right to work in the US is required.

- Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with AI/LLM platforms (LLMs, RAG, agents).
- Advanced technical background (Computer Science, Engineering degree).
- Active in technical communities or experience contributing to open-source projects.
- Familiarity with hirify.global or similar workflow automation/iPaaS tools.
