Solutions Engineer (AI): Serving as the primary technical partner for Enterprise sales engagements, guiding prospects through technical discovery, product evaluations, and proofs of concept with an accent on security, scalability, and reliability requirements. Focus on leading technical conversations, building strong relationships with IT, Security, Platform, and Engineering stakeholders, and improving Enterprise technical discovery, demos, and POC frameworks.

Location: Remote (New York; Boston; Florida; Massachusetts; New Jersey). Open to occasional travel and onboarding sessions with the team in NYC / EMEA as needed.

Salary: New York Total OTE $250K – $275K

What you will do

• Lead Enterprise technical discovery, deep-dive calls, and tailored demos, showing how hirify.global fits into complex customer environments while addressing security, scalability, and reliability requirements.
• Partner closely with Account Executives to assess technical fit, shape deal strategy, and handle technical objections, delivering demos grounded in real Enterprise workflows and use cases.
• Own Enterprise POCs end-to-end, from scoping success criteria to hands-on technical guidance throughout the evaluation.
• Build strong relationships with IT, Security, Platform, and Engineering stakeholders, acting as the primary technical contact during Enterprise evaluations.
• Clearly explain hirify.global’s approach to security, deployment, governance, and scale, helping customers plan adoption beyond their first use case.
• Provide structured feedback from Enterprise customers to Product and Engineering, and contribute to enablement materials that strengthen Enterprise sales motions.

Requirements

• Sales Engineering Experience: You have 6+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales or Sales Engineering role, ideally within B2B SaaS, with direct exposure to enterprise customers.
• Excellent Communication Skills: You can clearly articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences and confidently engage with enterprise stakeholders.
• Strong Technical Proficiency: You bring hands-on experience with API integrations, JavaScript and/or Python, Containerization and orchestration concepts (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD and DevOps practices, Networking fundamentals, security best practices, and observability concepts.
• Cloud & Infrastructure Awareness: You have a solid understanding of at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and common cloud services used in modern SaaS architectures.
• AI & Automation Experience: Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with AI/LLM platforms, including concepts such as LLMs, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), agents, and orchestration frameworks.
• You need to have existing right to work in any country except Germany.

Nice to have

• Advanced Technical Background: You hold a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar technical training.
• Community & Open Source Engagement: You are active in technical communities or have experience contributing to or working with open-source projects.
• Product Familiarity: Experience with hirify.global or similar workflow automation, integration, or iPaaS tools.
• Data-Driven Mindset: You’re comfortable collecting, analyzing, and using data to improve pre-sales processes, POCs, and customer outcomes.
