What you will do

• Maximize product value by owning and prioritizing the Scrum team's backlog, balancing roadmap delivery, defects, and customer escalations.
• Translate roadmap initiatives into clear, outcome-focused epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Engineering, UX, and QA to provide clear direction and ensure sprints execute with minimal ambiguity.
• Establish operational frameworks for work intake, triage patterns for defects, and WIP control.
• Detect and mitigate delivery risks, identifying patterns of unhealthy delivery to restore flow.
• Maintain rigorous Jira hygiene using structured epics, stories, and dashboards for transparency and forecasting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 1-2 years of experience in digital product delivery as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Product Analyst in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Hands-on proficiency with Jira for backlog management and reporting.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and crisp written/verbal communication.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Philadelphia, PA.

Nice to have

• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), CE/credentialing workflows, or healthcare education products.
• Familiarity with WCAG accessibility standards and privacy/security norms.
• CSPO or PSPO certification.
• Ability to use product metrics and analytics to guide prioritization.
