Salary: $103,200 - $154,800 USD

What you will do

• Lead voice-of-customer investigations to inform the strategy for next-generation procedural solutions in spine.
• Develop business cases, assess project feasibility, and execute global commercialization strategies.
• Conduct market, sales, and financial analyses, including health economic value assessments.
• Identify unmet needs, define product specifications, and create training programs and country-specific launch plans.
• Collaborate with R&D, Regulatory, Clinical, and Manufacturing teams to deliver value-added program solutions.
• Serve as a technical advisor for products, demonstrating capabilities and troubleshooting issues in lab and clinical settings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience (or advanced degree with 2 years).
• Must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire.
• Ability to travel up to 25%–30%.

Nice to have

• Experience in the orthopedic space, specifically spine.
• Operating room exposure and experience leading cadaver labs.
• Spine clinical experience, preferably in the cervical space.
• Understanding of material science and its interaction with human anatomy.
