Location: Remote (NOAM - Must be based in North America)
Salary: $80,000 - $110,000

What you will do
- Collaborate with agile development teams to define release and sprint goals and manage operational aspects of development.
- Write detailed user stories and deep-dive into requirements during grooming sessions.
- Leverage AI tools throughout the product process to generate story maps, draft ticket descriptions, and streamline release documentation.
- Coordinate with Product Managers, Architects, UX Designers, and Developers to drive product development.
- Manage and resolve customer and internal product escalations, balancing resolution priority against roadmap commitments.
- Conduct discovery calls with users to validate UX for new features.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience working with products and acting as a subject matter expert.
- Must be located in North America (NOAM).
- Experience with products and Onboarding software.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and collaborative team environments.
- Ability to participate in technical conversations regarding front-end behavior, back-end logic, and data structures.
- Experience using AI tools to optimize product management processes.
Nice to have
- Experience working in an Enterprise B2B SaaS organization or with CRM systems.
- Experience in the staffing and recruiting industry.
- Undergraduate technical degree or an MBA.
- Previous experience in Development or QA.
