Location: Remote (NOAM - Must be based in North America)

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000

What you will do

• Collaborate with agile development teams to define release and sprint goals and manage operational aspects of development.
• Write detailed user stories and deep-dive into requirements during grooming sessions.
• Leverage AI tools throughout the product process to generate story maps, draft ticket descriptions, and streamline release documentation.
• Coordinate with Product Managers, Architects, UX Designers, and Developers to drive product development.
• Manage and resolve customer and internal product escalations, balancing resolution priority against roadmap commitments.
• Conduct discovery calls with users to validate UX for new features.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience working with products and acting as a subject matter expert.
• Must be located in North America (NOAM).
• Experience with hirify.global products and Onboarding software.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and collaborative team environments.
• Ability to participate in technical conversations regarding front-end behavior, back-end logic, and data structures.
• Experience using AI tools to optimize product management processes.

Nice to have

• Experience working in an Enterprise B2B SaaS organization or with CRM systems.
• Experience in the staffing and recruiting industry.
• Undergraduate technical degree or an MBA.
• Previous experience in Development or QA.
