Location: Virtual on a day-to-day basis, but requires travel to project sites within the US-Cedar Rapids IA Region; as such, candidate is required to reside in or be willing to relocate to Cedar Rapids. Relocation assistance is available.

Salary: 102,600 USD - 147,600 USD

What you will do

• Lead the delivery of physical security systems by managing implementation, coordinating teams, and ensuring compliance with specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
• Monitor and control the financial health of projects, including tracking budgets, costs, and margins.
• Proactively identify potential customer concerns and addresses them before they escalate into issues.
• Partner with the site supervisor to establish and drive the project’s work plan and schedule, ensuring alignment with overall project goals and timelines.
• Facilitate project turnover and training sessions with clients, and service team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Project Management experience in commercial construction trades and settings or experience with Electronic Security Systems (ESS).
• Strong technical abilities and the demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Experience in a client-facing role, with a demonstrated pleasant professional demeanor.
• Travel up to 25% of the time is required.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license in their state of residence.

Nice to have

• Project Management experience with large, complex technical projects within an at-scale program.
• Experience with Electronic Security Systems (ESS).
• Certified Security Project Manager – CSPM.
• PMP certification from the Project Management Institute preferred.
