What you will do

• Lead multiple customer engagements to drive adoption of system features and integrations.
• Define, plan, and execute projects to ensure high quality and predictability.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Solution Consultants on proposals and SOWs.
• Manage project requirements, scope, cost estimates, and status reporting.
• Coordinate internal and external cross-team dependencies and escalate blocking issues.
• Contribute to the Professional Services team's PM handbook and best practices.

Requirements

• Strong logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
• Proficiency in Agile project management methodologies.
• Technical background to understand complex product functionality and design.
• Experience with Jira, Basecamp, Smartsheet, and MS Office/Google apps.

• Experience implementing cloud SaaS solutions or working on IT projects.
