What you will do

• Manage projects and programs from inception to completion with top-down oversight.
• Collect requirements, define project scope, and establish technical implementation steps.
• Coordinate resources, timelines, and activities across Engineering, IT, and product teams.
• Identify project risks and develop effective mitigation and contingency plans.
• Monitor project delivery against established timelines and report status to stakeholders.
• Foster a servant-leadership environment while managing changing priorities in a dynamic setting.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 3+ years of project management experience in software development.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple mid-level complexity projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate persuasive messages.

Nice to have

• Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
• Knowledge of PMBOK.
• Background in web or application development or QA.
• Process mapping and meeting facilitation training.
