What you will do

• Prioritize mail flow to ensure all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are consistently met.
• Coordinate with production departments, vendors, and USPS to plan large job releases and preloads.
• Utilize production reports and software for accurate tracking of all incoming and outgoing mail.
• Review and submit manifest documents to presort vendors and maintain proper documentation.
• Research and troubleshoot mailing issues to ensure every job is sorted and scanned accurately.
• Collaborate with management to brainstorm and implement process efficiency improvements.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Coppell, TX for 100% onsite work
• Associate degree or High School equivalent.
• 2-3 years of experience within a high-volume production environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage workload under tight deadlines, including potential overtime, weekends, and holidays.
