Imports Specialist

What you will do

• Compile and verify documents for ISF and CBP entry declarations from vendors and systems.
• Track containers and provide visibility in the company’s operating system.
• Enter ISF and CBP data into ABI software and transmit to CBP accurately and timely.
• Monitor CBP responses, resolve issues like rejections, and prepare entry packets.
• Confirm container availability, clear holds, and coordinate pickups with transportation teams.
• Handle duties payments, post-summary corrections, liquidations, and recordkeeping.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1-2 years experience in industry, supply chain, logistics, or international business preferred
• Knowledge of CBP regulations, entry processes a plus
• Ability to multitask, prioritize in fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• General office environment; lift up to 15 lbs
