What you will do

• Plan and dispatch shipments to maximize truck capacity and meet delivery timelines
• Monitor shipments in transit and resolve issues quickly
• Communicate with agents, drivers, customers, and carriers to coordinate operations
• Negotiate with carriers and partners for cost-effective solutions
• Track performance metrics and identify efficiency improvements
• Partner with internal teams for smooth operations and customer outcomes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience
• 2–3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or related field preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills and real-time decision-making
• Clear communication across stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
