What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end client relationships, including onboarding, platform walkthroughs, and executive-level status calls.
  • Drive product adoption by connecting platform capabilities to customer goals and embedding the tool into daily decision-making.
  • Manage client challenges and escalations with a solutions-oriented approach to preserve trust.
  • Coordinate multiple accounts by applying strict prioritization and time-management structures.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to provide structured feedback and improve customer outcomes.
  • Identify and execute opportunities to expand product usage and demonstrate value across client organizations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in customer success or account management within SaaS, ad tech, or martech.
  • Strong analytical skills to help customers apply platform data to their business goals.
  • Excellent communication skills and executive presence for managing sensitive client conversations.
  • Proven ability to handle shifting priorities and escalations professionally.
  • High level of organization and discipline in managing a diverse portfolio of accounts.

Nice to have

  • Experience in digital marketing, analytics, or campaign management.
  • Familiarity with various marketing channels and measurement approaches.
  • Exposure to marketing budgets, attribution models, or performance reporting tools.
