Salary: $130,330 – $195,500 USD

What you will do

  • Build and maintain sales territories and assign accounts to improve productivity.
  • Evaluate team efficiency by tracking account activity, sales, and margin growth.
  • Mentor Sales Account Managers in identifying and applying market-based pricing strategies.
  • Coordinate and implement local sales strategies to support corporate product and marketing growth.
  • Conduct joint sales calls to provide first-hand coaching and improve selling techniques.
  • Utilize CRM (Salesforce) as the primary system for customer profiles and activity management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Chemistry preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales or commercial positions within chemical distribution.
  • Proven experience leading a sales team or strong leadership skills in mentoring and team building.
  • Experience in the Food Ingredients (raw chemicals) industry is preferred.
  • Strong PC skills, including Excel, Outlook, and CRM (Salesforce).
  • Ability to develop positive relationships with key customer contacts and suppliers.
