What you will do

• Partner with stakeholders to identify hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment plans for various roles.
• Manage the full selection process for both project-based and individual recruitments.
• Create compelling job descriptions and implement recruitment marketing campaigns.
• Actively source candidates using LinkedIn and AI-enabled platforms.
• Conduct thorough candidate pre-screening in alignment with global recruitment processes.
• Provide weekly KPI reports to hiring managers and key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, either in-house or at an agency.
• Proven experience working independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive approach and meticulous attention to candidate follow-up.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Westlake, Texas.
