Corporate Recruiter

Location: Onsite at hirify.global’s corporate office in Westlake, Texas, United States

What you will do

• Partner with stakeholders across North America to identify current and future hiring needs.
• Develop tailored recruitment plans and manage project-based and individual hiring processes.
• Create job descriptions and recruitment marketing campaigns.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, internal attraction methods, and AI-enabled platforms.
• Conduct candidate pre-screening and evaluate applications against hiring criteria.
• Prepare weekly KPI reports for hiring managers and stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of Talent Acquisition experience in-house or at an agency.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive approach, attention to process, and thorough candidate follow-up.
• Interest in talent development, continuous learning, and new challenges.
• Ability to work onsite at the Westlake, Texas corporate office.

Nice to have

• Experience with Workday Recruiter.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or LinkedIn Talent Solutions.
• Active LinkedIn profile with a strong professional network.
• Comfort using AI applications for candidate sourcing and communications.
