What you will do

• Partner with senior leadership to develop recruitment strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment for senior and executive positions, from sourcing to extending offers.
• Utilize proactive sourcing techniques to attract passive candidates via networking and targeted outreach.
• Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with HR partners to develop competitive compensation packages and negotiate offers.
• Mentor junior recruiters and drive employer branding initiatives at industry events and conferences.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of corporate recruiting experience, including at least 2 years of technical recruiting.
• Must be based in the United States; no visa sponsorship provided.
• Experience recruiting professionals with a background in Cloud technologies (especially Microsoft Azure) is a strong plus.
• Proficiency with ATS, recruitment CRM, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration preferred.
