Field Marketing Associate (Architecture & Design)

Location: Remote, but must be based in the Southeast region of the United States (including Nashville, DC, Texas, Atlanta, Florida, and North Carolina); approximately 80% regional travel required.

What you will do

• Build platform awareness, adoption, and loyalty among architecture and design firms across the Southeast.
• Develop relationships with principals, designers, material librarians, and other industry professionals through in-person engagement.
• Plan and execute presentations, lunch-and-learns, showroom activations, meetups, trade shows, and other regional events.
• Lead virtual platform demonstrations, member onboarding, and brand representative trainings.
• Design gifting and surprise-and-delight programs for high-value members and firm contacts.
• Track territory KPIs and provide field intelligence on firm needs, competitor activity, and product gaps.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in field marketing, brand representation, or community engagement.
• Experience or strong interest in architecture, interior design, or building materials.
• Ability to build relationships, execute events and trainings, and convert engagement into measurable results.
• Comfort with approximately 80% regional travel and managing a full calendar of in-person and virtual touchpoints.
• Data-driven, organized, self-directed, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-growing environment.
• Must be based in the Southeast region of the United States.
