What you will do

• Manage platform awareness and loyalty through in-person engagement with A&D firms.
• Identify key influencers and high-value firms to drive member activation and reactivation.
• Plan and execute regional events, including presentations, lunch-and-learns, and trade shows.
• Lead virtual platform demos and member onboarding trainings for partners and members.
• Design and implement on-brand gifting and surprise-and-delight programs to deepen loyalty.
• Track territory KPIs and provide field intelligence on competitor activity and product gaps.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in field marketing, brand representation, or community engagement.
• Experience connected to architecture, interior design, or building materials.
• Comfort with ~80% regional travel within the Southeast region.
• Proven ability to plan and execute events and trainings that drive measurable metrics.
• Data-first approach to tracking performance and reporting insights.
• Must be based in the USA (Southeast region).
