Field Marketing Manager - West (SaaS)

Location: Remote in the U.S. West; must be based in PST in the U.S., with a strong preference for a California metro area. Travel up to 25% required.

Target annual compensation: $135,000–$150,000 salary plus equity.

What you will do

• Plan, execute, and manage regional hospitality, partner, industry, tradeshow, and tentpole events.
• Coordinate event registration, shipping, setup, on-site support, and post-event wrap-up.
• Collaborate with GTM and marketing teams to align event messaging and objectives.
• Manage event vendors, channel reseller partner programs, logistics, budgets, and branded merchandise.
• Work with Marketing Operations to track attendance, upload lists, measure KPIs, and prepare post-event reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience focused on field marketing and events.
• Experience managing both small-scale and large-scale events.
• Strong organizational, project management, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
