What you will do

• Execute customer marketing campaigns focused on product adoption, engagement, and revenue expansion.
• Develop campaign assets, including emails, landing pages, and webinar materials.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Product Marketing, and Sales teams to align campaigns with customer needs.
• Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder inputs.
• Track and report on performance metrics and campaign outcomes.
• Handle segmentation and targeting for customer communications and maintain campaign calendars.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in marketing, customer success, or related roles.
• Authorized to work in the US on a full-time, permanent basis without requiring new or initial employer-sponsored work authorization.
• Strong written communication skills for email and campaign content.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on campaign performance and metrics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
