TL;DR

Location: Remote (US); Must be based in one of the following states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Illinois, Kansas, Louisiana, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Washington, Wisconsin, or Wyoming

Salary: Estimated $100,000 + bonus + equity

What you will do

  • Lead onboarding and product adoption for new enterprise customers through training and execution.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, providing access to clinical and technical resources to maximize platform value.
  • Define clear metrics and proof points to illustrate business value and develop customer case studies.
  • Monitor customer health and provide internal feedback to improve product functionality and retention.
  • Identify and execute expansion opportunities in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Analyze large amounts of data to deliver tactical professional services and improve clinical workflows.

Requirements

  • 1+ years experience in sales, consulting, account management, or customer success roles.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to aggregate, analyze, and report against large amounts of data.
  • Willing and able to travel (approximately 25%).
  • Excellent communication skills and high EQ for navigating complex customer environments.

  • Point-of-care ultrasound industry experience.
