What you will do

• Adjust complex, high-exposure losses specializing in New York Labor Law and Excess claims.
• Research and resolve coverage questions, drafting reservation of rights and coverage denials.
• Investigate loss facts by securing statements, contracts, and expert reports.
• Manage defense counsel and independent adjusters for lawsuits.
• Set and recommend reserves for assigned claim files.
• Present analysis and resolution strategies to Senior and Program Executives.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of claims experience, specifically with complex claims.
• Active New York adjusters license is required.
• College degree or equivalent claims management experience.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Nice to have

• Minimum of 10 years of litigation management experience.
