What you will do

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for 1:1 messaging and email marketing.
• Build and launch scalable messaging experiences across multiple digital channels.
• Partner with design and engineering to deliver intuitive and high-quality user experiences.
• Develop features leveraging automation and AI to optimize outcomes and reduce manual effort.
• Establish success metrics such as engagement rates, conversion, and adoption to validate solutions.
• Collaborate with go-to-market teams to ensure successful product launches.

Requirements

• 4–7+ years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS or martech.
• Experience with messaging platforms, email marketing, CRM, or customer engagement tools.
• Strong understanding of building user workflows for non-technical users at scale.
• Ability to translate complex technical problems into simple, elegant solutions.
• Data-driven mindset with a proven track record of defining and tracking product metrics.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams without authority.
