Compensation: $156,000–$246,750/year (OTE).

What you will do

• Define and own the vision, strategy, and product roadmap for the Messaging Experience product area.
• Collaborate closely with engineers and product designers to bring new features from concept to launch.
• Act as the subject-matter expert, analyzing market trends, competition, and customer usage patterns.
• Balance the prioritization of new feature development with maintaining product health and customer trust.
• Manage internal and external stakeholder expectations through effective communication of progress and decisions.
• Lead the end-to-end launch process for new functionality within the MX area.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong communication, storytelling, and persuasion skills.
• Proven ability to work within cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proactive, positive, and can-do attitude with a focus on driving projects to completion.
