What you will do

  • Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for CRM and Retention Technology.
  • Develop strategies for lifecycle orchestration, customer segmentation, and personalization tech.
  • Build autonomous systems for personalized communications via email, SMS, push, and in-app channels.
  • Create a personalization engine and audience segmentation to optimize LTV and targeting.
  • Vet and integrate third-party CRM, CDP, and ESP vendors to enhance retention capabilities.
  • Establish reporting and insights for key retention metrics including repeat purchase rate and churn.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience defining and launching high-quality products.
  • Technical background with specific expertise in AI and automation.
  • Proven experience with CRM platforms, ESPs, CDPs, and personalization tools.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
  • Strong data-driven decision-making skills and a passion for using data to solve problems.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Palo Alto, CA.
