What you will do

• Provide oversight and quality control for revenue forecasting across assigned verticals.
• Serve as a dotted-line manager to FP&A analysts, guiding their development and forecasting approach.
• Act as the primary finance touchpoint for expense management and forecasting.
• Lead the development of payments-related analytics, reporting, and trend analysis.
• Partner with department leaders to model financial impacts of new initiatives and investment cases.
• Support the quarterly rolling reforecast and annual budget cycles.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant FP&A experience in a corporate environment.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills with the ability to review and improve complex models.
• Strong business partnership skills and the ability to communicate financial insights to non-finance leaders.
• Experience with revenue forecasting, expense forecasting, or variance analysis.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in Austin, TX.

Nice to have

• Prior people-management or dotted-line oversight experience.
• Experience with payments, subscription, or recurring-revenue business models.
