Salary: CAD $179,000 - $219,000

What you will do
- Own the growth metrics including CAC, pipeline contribution, and net revenue retention contribution.
- Lead and develop a team of 4-5 growth marketers across paid, organic, lifecycle, and web channels.
- Define the acquisition strategy across paid (Google, LinkedIn, Meta), partnerships, events, and self-serve funnel optimization.
- Drive ACV expansion through customer marketing, cross-sell campaigns, and lifecycle programs to lift ARPL.
- Partner with GTM Engineering to ship AI-native automation for real-time spend reallocation and signal-driven personalization.
- Collaborate with Sales, PMM, and Data teams to optimize lead quality, positioning, and ICP scoring.
Requirements
- 8+ years in growth, performance, or demand generation.
- 3+ years of experience managing B2B SaaS marketing teams.
- Direct experience managing annual budgets of $2M+ with a track record of hitting pipeline targets.
- Proven expertise in both high-velocity low-ACV and Mid-Market SaaS growth motions.
- Hands-on technical ability with Python, SQL, Zapier, and LLM agent frameworks.
- Must be based in or be able to work in a hybrid capacity in Toronto or Saskatoon, Canada.
Nice to have
- Experience in restaurant, multi-location SMB, or hospitality-tech.
- Experience in companies operating both PLG and sales-assisted motions in parallel.
