What you will do

• Lead the full paid digital portfolio across search, social, display, and video to drive pipeline and incremental revenue.
• Manage a team of senior managers and specialists, fostering a culture of measurement rigor and creative instinct.
• Design and operationalize an incrementality measurement framework using geo-based experiments and marketing mix modeling.
• Collaborate with Digital Intelligence, Product, and Commerce teams to optimize on-site conversion architecture.
• Manage vendor and agency relationships while ensuring strategic direction remains internal.
• Develop an agentic marketing system for dynamic, data-informed budget allocation.

Requirements

• 15+ years in performance marketing, including 4+ years leading senior teams and significant budgets.
• Proven experience building incrementality measurement frameworks (geo holdouts, MMM).
• Deep technical and strategic expertise in paid search, social, and programmatic display.
• Ability to communicate the difference between efficiency and effectiveness metrics to executive audiences.
• Experience in talent development and accountability management within a corporate structure.
• Must be based in the USA.

Nice to have

• Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud (Analytics, CJA, or Target).
• Background in cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS environments.
• Familiarity with marketing mix modeling platforms or incrementality testing infrastructure.
• Experience scaling a performance marketing function during significant organizational transformation.
