What you will do
- Develop and manage partner relationships to drive pipeline creation and co-selling.
- Conduct joint account mapping sessions with Account Executives and partner sales teams.
- Coach partners on positioning solutions and support enablement through certifications and training.
- Analyze partner metrics to identify engagement gaps and growth opportunities.
- Execute joint sales plays and demand generation initiatives with partners.
- Provide strategic feedback on partner needs and contribute to program improvements.
Requirements
- 5+ years in partner management, channel sales, or enterprise sales within cybersecurity
- Strong understanding of enterprise software sales through partners (system integrators, VARs, advisory firms, distributors)
- Proven ability to build relationships with partners and internal sales teams
- Experience driving pipeline and co-selling through partners
- Analytical skills to measure partner engagement with data-driven metrics
- Experience with joint account plans, account mapping, and partner sales plays
- Willingness to travel 50% of the time
