What you will do

  • Lead the end-to-end subscription renewal process to ensure continuous access to products and grow revenue.
  • Identify at-risk accounts and develop mitigation strategies 9-12 months before renewal.
  • Present business impact and ROI to C-level executives to shift conversations toward outcomes.
  • Develop pricing strategies and lead complex negotiations for enterprise license agreements.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Account Executives to improve product adoption and address risk.
  • Maintain accurate quarterly and annual forecasts within Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in renewals, account management, or equivalent customer-facing roles.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Proven experience negotiating complex enterprise license agreements.
  • Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights for Regional Sales Leadership.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
  • 4-year college degree or equivalent business experience.
