TL;DR

Location: Must be based within commuting distance of hubs in Chicago or Boston

Salary: $94,000 – $122,000 (Base + Commission)

What you will do

  • Own a high-value SMB portfolio, building multi-threaded relationships with C-suite decision-makers.
  • Drive consultative growth by identifying and executing profitable upsell and expansion opportunities.
  • Conduct data-driven Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and create scalable reporting frameworks.
  • Act as a product expert to ensure clients maximize ROI through the adoption of new features.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Support to influence the product roadmap.
  • Identify recurring friction points and develop long-term solutions to improve customer experience.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in B2B Account Management or Customer Success, preferably within the SaaS industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving retention and expansion targets.
  • Native-level fluency in English.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and BI tools.
  • Exceptional presentation skills and ability to translate complex data into narratives.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in additional European languages.
