TL;DR

Associate Channel Sales Manager (SaaS): Managing the Revenue Recovery Partnerships Program to drive revenue through strategic lead-generation frameworks with an accent on partner acquisition and GTM execution. Location: Must be based in Canada or the United States. Hybrid 2-3 days per week from the Toronto, ON office, or fully remote within CA/US.

Salary: $110,000 CAD in Canada or $70,000 USD in the US (Total on-target compensation).

What you will do

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to maximize revenue potential through the Revenue Recovery Partnerships Program.
  • Identify, prospect, and evaluate potential partners for strategic collaboration and B2B lead generation.
  • Manage complex sales cycles, provide deal support, and handle negotiations for new partners.
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Create and present detailed annual business plans to senior management and business executives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance teams to ensure organizational synergy.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in acquiring and managing partnerships that drove revenue growth.
  • Experience in the B2B SaaS industry, preferably within a fast-paced scale-up environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or a combination of post-secondary education and 3 years of channel sales experience.
  • Expertise in stakeholder management and the ability to influence across reporting lines.
  • Exemplary communication skills, comfortable with writing, public speaking, and leading group discussions.
  • Must be based in Canada or the United States.
