What you will do
- Establish and lead the activation operating model across agency partnerships to improve speed to value.
- Define scalable processes that move advertisers from onboarding to live campaigns and long-term adoption.
- Lead Agency Activation and Technical Account Management teams, ensuring clear ownership and accountability.
- Drive improvements in activation performance, tracking time to first campaign and advertiser adoption.
- Partner cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Support to resolve operational challenges.
- Develop reporting and visibility into activation health, progression from Pilot to Adoption, and operational risks.
Requirements
- Strong experience leading onboarding, activation, or customer adoption functions in a SaaS, AdTech, or platform environment.
- Proven leadership experience managing Technical Account Management or customer delivery teams.
- Experience managing cross-functional programs and operational execution across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Ability to create structure and scalable operating processes in complex environments.
- Analytical mindset with experience using metrics to improve execution and customer outcomes.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills for working with senior leaders and external partners.
