Location: On-site in Houston

Compensation: $285K – $372K OTE + Equity + Bonus

What you will do

• Lead complex enterprise-level pilots and implementations from discovery through go-live.
• Manage and develop a team of Legal Engineers, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
• Design and own scalable onboarding and implementation frameworks for priority client use cases.
• Act as a senior thought partner for law firm partners, legal ops, and innovation leaders.
• Collaborate with Product and GTM teams to surface product gaps and drive them to resolution.
• Deliver executive-level demos, workshops, and presentations to articulate product value.

Requirements

• Background in law with experience at a top-tier firm, in-house legal team, or legal tech environment.
• Direct people management experience in a client-facing or delivery environment.
• Senior experience delivering complex client implementations or programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong grasp of generative AI and legal workflows.
• Ability to communicate confidently with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Must be able to work on-site from the Houston office.
