What you will do

• Lead simultaneous billable customer engagements from post-sales through value realization to drive prescriptive outcomes.
• Manage the end-to-end engagement lifecycle, including scope analysis, project charters, schedules, and milestones.
• Create customer-facing collateral such as solution blueprints, project plans, and status reports.
• Identify and resolve internal and customer escalations across technical and executive stakeholders.
• Oversee professional services operations, including resource assignment, revenue tracking, and staff utilization.
• Utilize tools like FinancialForce, Salesforce, and Metabase to manage programs and report on business metrics.

Requirements

• Proven track record of project and program management for strategic customers within a SaaS environment.
• Deep experience with project financial fundamentals and PSA tools (e.g., FinancialForce).
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills for interacting with executives and cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational and change management abilities to handle competing client demands.
• Must be located in the USA or Canada.
