Director - Global Talent Management

Location: Hybrid role based at the San Mateo, California headquarters, with onsite expectations three days per week from Tuesday through Thursday.

Annual base salary: $199,750–$246,750, plus eligibility for a target bonus.

What you will do

• Lead the transformation of performance management from a process-heavy model to a streamlined, AI-assisted system.
• Design and own the end-to-end performance methodology, tools, calibration approach, and employee and manager experience.
• Own continuous employee listening programs, pulse surveys, feedback platforms, and leadership action frameworks.
• Establish a cross-functional employee experience working group and provide senior leadership with a centralized view of organizational health.
• Lead change management, communications, training, and leader enablement across performance and listening transformations.
• Measure adoption, participation, sentiment, and enablement effectiveness, adjusting programs based on data.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of progressive experience in HR, people strategy, organizational effectiveness, or a related field.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives from design through execution.
• Deep expertise in designing or significantly redesigning fair, scalable, and defensible performance management systems.
• Experience in organizational design and development, change management, leader enablement, and adoption strategy.
• Exceptional executive presence and strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to C-suite leaders.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and high attention to detail.
