Salary: $139,200 - $235,200 USD (for US residents)

What you will do
- Define the next operating model for the Global Campaigns function, including strategy setting, resource scoping, and performance measurement.
- Build global frameworks, playbooks, and measurement models to scale campaign execution across AMER, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM.
- Own the strategic direction and portfolio for global upsell and expansion campaigns as a flagship proof point for the new operating model.
- Partner with Product Growth, Product Marketing, and Sales leadership to influence packaging, pricing, and GTM sequencing.
- Manage analytics, experimentation, and budget strategy using attribution modeling, incrementality testing, and funnel diagnostics.
- Mentor Senior and Lead campaign managers to raise the overall strategic and technical quality of the function.
Requirements
- Deep B2B SaaS marketing experience with a track record in product-led growth and customer expansion motions.
- Experience evolving marketing operating models and scaling campaigns across multiple global regions.
- Proven ability to influence VP and C-level stakeholders across Product, Growth, and Sales.
- Strong analytical depth in attribution modeling, cohort analysis, and budget ownership.
- Technical fluency with DevOps, developer tools, or platform engineering audiences.
- Proficiency with modern marketing stacks including Marketo, Iterable, and Salesforce.
Nice to have
- Experience in DevOps, developer tools, or open source ecosystems.
- Background spanning product marketing, growth, and lifecycle marketing.
- Prior experience strengthening the operational efficiency of a campaigns function.
