TL;DR

Principal Worldwide GTM Specialist (GenAI): Defining and deploying go-to-market strategies to accelerate customer adoption of hirify.global Bedrock across industry verticals with an accent on market sizing and cross-functional leadership. Focus on developing joint-GTM plans with model providers and building scalable programs to drive GenAI adoption in enterprise segments.

Location: Must be based in Seattle, WA or San Francisco, CA, USA

Salary: $176,100 – $262,000 annually

What you will do

  • Define and execute the global GTM strategy for hirify.global Bedrock to drive widespread customer adoption.
  • Collaborate with foundation model providers to develop joint-GTM plans, customer engagements, and technical proof-of-concepts.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives with product, sales, and marketing teams to identify new market opportunities.
  • Engage directly with customers from startups to multinational enterprises to understand business problems and technical requirements.
  • Create training content for field teams and drive industry thought-leadership in the Generative AI domain.
  • Influence product direction by relaying customer insights and market trends back to product managers.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Go-To-Market (GTM), Business Development, Sales, or Consulting.
  • 5+ years of experience working with Data & AI technologies, including AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, or Databases.
  • 3+ years of experience in enterprise technology sales (cloud computing, managed hosting, or enterprise software).
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical audiences and C-level executives.
  • Experience developing high-level strategies that influence leadership decisions at an organizational level.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling to Fortune 1000 or Global 2000 organizations.
  • Proven track record of building sales playbooks and driving product adoption with demonstrable results.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent campaigns and customer engagements across functional teams.
  • Experience mentoring and teaching account teams how to sell highly technical products.
