TL;DR
GSI Partner Manager/Director (Voice AI): Build and scale Deepgram’s global GSI partner ecosystem from the ground up with an accent on sell-to, sell-through, and sell-with motions leveraging AI and automation. Focus on developing joint value propositions, co-selling into enterprise accounts, and driving measurable revenue outcomes.
Location: USA Remote
Salary: $140K–$175K base • OTE $200K–$250K

What you will do
- Build and execute strategy across named GSI partners like Deloitte, Accenture, TCS.
- Develop joint value propositions, account plans, solution plays, and executive governance.
- Lead sell-to, sell-through, and sell-with motions to embed Deepgram into partner offerings and co-sell into enterprises.
- Own partner-sourced pipeline targets and drive revenue through co-sell execution.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Solutions, and GTM teams on industry-specific offerings and enablement programs.
- Serve as senior external face at executive briefings, summits, and events.
Requirements
- 8+ years in Partner Management, Alliances, Business Development, or Enterprise Sales
- 3–5+ years directly managing GSI relationships (Deloitte, Accenture, TCS, etc.)
- Proven success building sell-to, sell-through, sell-with motions from zero or early-stage.
- Strong understanding of GSI operations across alliances, verticals, and delivery.
- Experience with enterprise AI ecosystems (LLMs, agentic AI, CCaaS, cloud co-sell).
- Hands-on with AI tools, automation, workflows for operational scale.
- Analytical mindset, pipeline ownership, high ownership in ambiguous environments.
Nice to have
- Existing relationships within Deloitte, Accenture, TCS, Capgemini, BCG.
- Experience launching joint GSI offerings for repeatable enterprise engagements.
- Background in Voice AI, Speech AI, CCaaS (AWS Connect, Genesys, etc.).
- Experience building internal AI tooling or revenue workflows.
