TL;DR

Partner Development Manager (AI): Driving revenue and market adoption of an AI-driven analytics platform through strategic partnerships with Hyperscalers, ISVs, and Systems Integrators with an accent on joint go-to-market strategy and AI-enhanced partner engagement. Focus on building governance models, scaling partner-led sales, and leveraging AI insights to optimize account prioritization and revenue outcomes.

Location: Hybrid (Mountain View, US) - 3 days per week in-office required.

Salary: $180,000–$255,000

What you will do

  • Develop and execute joint field engagement strategies with Hyperscalers, ISVs, and GSIs.
  • Recruit and manage strategic technology partners using AI-assisted identification tactics.
  • Design joint offerings and go-to-market programs to create market differentiation.
  • Build partner governance models to track performance and inform investment decisions.
  • Act as the primary connector between internal sales teams and partner field organizations.
  • Drive revenue growth by meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual targets.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Strategic Partnerships and Technology Alliances.
  • Experience in the data and analytics ecosystem (e.g., AWS, GCP, Snowflake, Databricks).
  • Proven ability to engage and influence C-level executives and enterprise stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of partner business models and partner-led sales processes.
  • AI literacy: Ability to integrate LLMs and AI tools into daily workflows for productivity and research.
  • Location: Must be based in or able to work from the Mountain View office (Hybrid).

Nice to have

  • Experience working with resellers in the SaaS industry.
  • Background in cross-functional collaboration with product and marketing teams.
