What you will do

• Lead strategic planning and execution of marketing initiatives to position Health Language as essential healthcare AI infrastructure.
• Define and refine narratives explaining how data normalization enables AI-driven insights and automation.
• Develop go-to-market strategies for AI-adjacent use cases, including clinical documentation and revenue integrity.
• Conduct high-level market analysis to identify gaps in understanding regarding AI readiness and data quality.
• Oversee integrated marketing programs, including thought leadership, content, campaigns, and digital presence.
• Mentor marketing staff to build fluency in health language concepts and AI enablement.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Tampa, FL.
• Deep literacy in the relationship between data quality, normalization, and responsible healthcare AI adoption.
• Proven experience in strategic marketing leadership and shaping awareness in emerging categories.
• Ability to translate complex technical infrastructure into indispensable value propositions for buyers.
• Experience collaborating with and influencing senior executive leadership.
• Strong track record in people development and strategic mentoring.
