Salary: $90,000–$130,000

What you will do
- Serve as Chief of Staff and strategic partner to the SVP, managing priorities and maximizing divisional impact.
- Lead divisional goal-setting, track performance progress, and identify gaps to ensure team focus.
- Manage executive communications, including daily briefings, presentations, and critical correspondence.
- Drive the adoption and usage of generative AI across the division by leading AI Champions and trainings.
- Oversee operational rhythms, including weekly stand-ups, leadership retreats, and semi-annual convenings.
- Lead high-priority special projects, moving complex work from ambiguity to execution.
Requirements
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- 5-10+ years of professional experience, ideally in strategic operations or executive support.
- Bachelor's degree (MBA or Master's preferred).
- Proficiency with generative AI to expedite workflows and enhance work products.
- Ability to travel 1-2 times per quarter to New York City and Washington, DC.
- Exceptional communication skills and comfort with ambiguity and complexity.
