What you will do

• Develop and expand strategic relationships within the U.S. Navy, Department of Defense, Coast Guard, and congressional defense committees.
• Support growth initiatives for unmanned surface vessels (USVs), maritime autonomy systems, and autonomous mission operations.
• Represent the company in high-level engagements with government stakeholders, defense primes, and industry organizations.
• Identify and pursue government, defense, and strategic partnership opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal engineering and executive teams to align customer requirements with operational capabilities.
• Provide strategic market intelligence regarding defense priorities and maritime autonomy trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (United States Naval Academy graduate strongly preferred).
• 7+ years of leadership experience in defense, maritime operations, autonomy systems, or government affairs.
• Expertise in unmanned surface vessels (USVs) or uncrewed maritime technologies.
• Proof of U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residence (required for ITAR/EAR compliance).
• Active or recently held Top Secret / SCI security clearance strongly preferred.
• Ability to travel nationally for customer engagements and demonstrations.
