What you will do
- Manage value chain processes for test administrations across Puerto Rico and Latin America via the Surpass platform.
- Develop and execute the annual calendar of test delivery activities and candidate registration workflows.
- Identify and secure test locations, equipment, and digital infrastructure to support both paper and digital testing.
- Develop and maintain updated administrative documentation and digital testing guidelines.
- Coordinate with test-takers, proctors, and stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulations and digital protocols.
- Identify and resolve operational and technical issues occurring during test administration.
Requirements
- Authorization to work in the United States for any employer.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish.
- 3-4 years of experience performing administrative duties.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field preferred.
- Competence in computer systems and full knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends as needed.
Nice to have
- Experience with the Surpass platform or similar test delivery technologies.
- Proven experience in document control, organization, and budget management.
