Project Assistant (Finance): Providing administrative and project support for the Global Investor Forum and investment leadership with an accent on research report generation and operational coordination. Location: Hybrid in Houston, Texas (Must spend at least four full days each week in the office)

What you will do

• Support Global Investor Forum (GIF) activities and the GIF Operating Team.
• Assist the Investments Project Manager and Global Head of Investor Engagement with various project execution tasks.
• Generate timely research reports using market data service applications and Microsoft Excel.
• Manage calendars, coordinate travel arrangements, and process expense reports for assigned team members.
• Prepare materials for internal meetings, client presentations, and board presentations.
• Oversee office logistics, including ordering supplies and organizing meeting catering.

Requirements

• Must be based in Houston, Texas, and comply with the 4-day-per-week in-office requirement.
• 2+ years of administrative or professional office experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat.
• Proven ability to multi-task under pressure with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
