Salary: $130,000 - $170,000

What you will do

• Design and implement repeatable procedures for requirements flow across the organization.
• Build templates and automated steps integrated into PLM/MES and design tools.
• Define and maintain production quality procedures including work instructions and inspection plans.
• Develop scalable supplier onboarding, audit, and risk management processes.
• Create dashboards to measure process effectiveness and maintain real-time visibility.
• Lead QMS certification efforts and coordinate system-related improvements.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Person as defined by ITAR regulations.
• BA/BS in Business Systems, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience driving QMS and business process improvements.
• Proven experience managing QMS procedures for high-reliability industries like aerospace or automotive.
• Strong understanding of AS9100 and AS9145/APQP frameworks.
• Experience with automation for document generation and workflow integration.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance if required.

• Startup experience building lean processes from scratch.
• Familiarity with GIDEP/DLA resources and supplier quality systems.
