• Coordinate and ensure the effective implementation of quality procedures and governance.
• Facilitate continuous improvement and the sharing of best practices and lessons learned.
• Monitor Quality KPIs and coordinate with leadership to develop improvement plans.
• Administer and manage site-level governance boards.
• Mentor and train other quality professionals on quality processes and tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a Technical or Business discipline.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in quality systems.
• Experience with Root Cause/Corrective Action tools (8D, A3, 5-why, Fishbone, Fault Tree).
• Working knowledge of AS9100 or ISO9001 quality standard requirements.
• Required access to US Export Controlled information.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data into actionable decisions.
