Salary: $74,500 - $105,525

What you will do

• Provide sustaining engineering support for UAV and missile systems, including design modifications of structural and electro-mechanical components.
• Manage product line configuration and change orders using the Agile PLM system.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing drawings and bills of materials according to industry drafting standards.
• Act as the technical point of contact for manufacturing and customer issues escalated to engineering.
• Coordinate the transition of new products and variants into production, including updating operator manuals and test procedures.
• Perform component obsolescence management and failure analysis for product lines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related engineering field or equivalent experience.
• 2-5 years of related experience in an engineering design environment with production support.
• U.S. Citizenship required (must qualify as a U.S. person under ITAR and EAR).
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma or Green Belt certification.
• Proficiency in CAD (Altium) and familiarity with ASME Y14 drawing standards.
• Ability to obtain or maintain a Secret security clearance.

Nice to have

• Experience with unmanned air vehicles (UAVs) and RF/digital communications electronics.
• Familiarity with Agile PLM data management and configuration standards (MILHDBK-61A, EIA-649-B).
• Experience in PCB layout, schematics, and electronics manufacturing troubleshooting.
