What you will do

• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to drive account penetration and growth.
• Identify and engage key opinion leaders (KOLs) to integrate Sighirify.global into clinical workflows.
• Deliver impactful clinical education to breast surgeons, oncologists, and pathologists.
• Manage business development activities and deepen existing relationships within integrated delivery networks.
• Monitor market trends and account performance to identify new growth opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent sales activity and ROI.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in breast oncology, surgical sales, or molecular diagnostics.
• Deep knowledge of academic and community oncology markets and the reimbursement landscape.
• Ability to travel frequently (approx. 75%), including overnight travel.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Strong clinical acumen and ability to navigate complex healthcare systems.
