TL;DR

Territory Manager (Medtech): Driving revenue growth and market adoption of the hirify.global EEG platform within the Colorado territory with an accent on hospital-based sales and stakeholder management. Focus on building relationships with C-suite executives, clinical champions, and hospital departments to secure contracts and expand the footprint of critical care technology.

Location: Must be based in Colorado (Denver, Colorado Springs, Boulder, Littleton, Fort Collins, Westminster)

Compensation: $115,000–$250,000 USD (Base + OTE)

What you will do

  • Close business to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
  • Communicate the value proposition to key decision-makers and build long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and grow a strong pipeline of new business.
  • Build and coach clinical champions within hospital departments to advance sales opportunities.
  • Sell into the C-Suite and negotiate complex contracts with hospital executives.
  • Conduct effective discovery sessions to tailor solutions to health system needs.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of medical device sales experience, preferably with disruptive technologies.
  • Proven experience in Critical Care, Emergency Department, or Neuro environments.
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex, hospital-based sales cycles.
  • Strong cold calling and account acquisition skills.
  • Experience engaging and influencing C-Suite stakeholders.
  • High emotional intelligence and coachability.
