Location: Must be based in Minneapolis; no remote applicants. Requires 60% travel.
Compensation: $100,000 – $180,000 USD (Base + OTE)

What you will do
- Expand the use of technology within existing acute and critical care customer bases.
- Partner with Territory Managers to launch the platform at new customer sites.
- Educate physicians and clinical staff on proper product usage and clinical protocols.
- Build advocacy among hospital champions using clinical data to validate interest.
- Troubleshoot departmental workflow solutions to ensure successful product deployment.
- Manage administrative tasks and reporting via Salesforce.
Requirements
- Must be based in Minneapolis region.
- 3-5 years of critical care sales experience OR 5 years of medical device/pharma sales experience.
- RN background with industry experience in supporting sales teams is acceptable.
- Strong project management skills for supporting new account launches.
- Ability to travel 60% of the time (3 days a week).
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
Nice to have
- Startup experience or experience with disruptive technology.
- Neuro ICU clinical experience.
- Proven track record in medical device sales.
